Welcome to the Home of Durango Youth Hockey
Established in 2001, DAYHA is a community-run association that is dedicated to organizing and promoting ice hockey in Durango. We provide recreational as well as competitive programs for boys and girls ages 4-18. This website should give you everything you need to be an active part of the exciting hockey community here in Southwest Colorado. Coaching Availability
DAYHA has a dedicated and talented core of hockey coaches and is currently interviewing potential coaching candidates. If you are interested in Coaching to "promote the growth of ice hockey in the Durango hockey community and to provide the best possible experience for all participants by encouraging, developing, advancing and administrating the sport", please contact The Director of Coaching, Rob Johnston at johnstonland@frontier.net or 970-385-5792 (or any board member listed on this web site.) Coaches Certification ClinicsSteamboat Springs Youth Hockey Association will again be hosting Coaches Certification Clinics this year. The clinics will be September 17 (level 1), September 18 (level 2), and September 19 (level 3).
